We stand behind the quality of our gear. All Kashmir Willow cricket bats are covered under the following straightforward warranty policy:
- Days 1 to 30 (Full Coverage):
If this bat breaks within 30 days of purchase, you will receive a full refund or a free exchange. - Days 31 to 90 (Pro-Rated Replacement):
If the bat breaks between 31 and 90 days, you can get a replacement by paying 50% of the current retail price.
Please Note: Valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required. Warranty covers manufacturing and structural defects only and excludes normal wear and tear, edge/toe damage from yorkers, or un-knocked bat damage.
