The goods must be returned in the same condition in which you received them, and they will be returned at your own cost and risk.

Any goods USED even once by removing the original manufacturer packing CANNOT be accepted. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation.

This applies to all goods that are returned. Discounted Items purchases i.e. items on SALE are not eligible for returns or refund or exchange unless we shipped incorrect product to you. Prior to sending us a return, you must send a return request at albertacricketstore.ca.

Cancellations Orders can be cancelled before they are packed and shipped. A restocking fee of 10% may be applied to your refund. Items which have been customized, including bat oiling, knocking in and/or applying face sheets cannot be cancelled once the customized work has been carried out. Our products can be returned within 7 days of the delivery date. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 7 days
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • The product isn’t used or damaged
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Return Policy – Cricket Bats

All cricket bats are thoroughly checked and shipped exactly as described.
Once a bat has been unpacked, oiled, or machine knocked, it is considered prepared for play and no longer in original condition. Due to this, the item cannot be resold as a new, factory-packed product.
For this reason, returns are not accepted on bats that have been prepared or used in any way.
Returns based on personal preference (such as weight feel, pickup, or balance) are not eligible, as these are subjective factors and do not indicate any defect or misrepresentation.
Only items that are unused, unopened, and in original packaging may be considered for return, subject to approval.

Return Policy – Helmet

If the helmet size doesn’t fit you, you’ll need to return it at your own cost. Additionally, when you place a new order,
there will be a separate shipping charge. Therefore, we recommend that you check your head size before processing your order.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from.

Damaged items

Bowling Machines

There will be a minimum of 10% restocking fee on all bowling machines that have been opened/turned on and returned within the 7 day return period.

Sale items

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.
