English willow bats — major crack: 3 months
English willow bats carry a 3-month warranty against a major crack. A major crack means a main crack in the bat that is not the player's fault. Breakage of the toe or the edge of the bat is not covered. Claims under this warranty are decided by the manufacturer (the company), not by Alberta Cricket Store: we send photographs of the bat to the company, and the claim is approved only if the company approves it.
English willow bats — handle: 2 years
The handle of an English willow bat carries a 2-year warranty. If the handle breaks within 2 years, we will replace the handle with a new handle. The bat itself is not replaced — this applies even if the handle breaks within the first 30 days.
Kashmir willow bats: 30 days
Kashmir willow bats carry a 30-day warranty. If a Kashmir willow bat breaks within 30 days, we will give you a full refund. This warranty does not apply if the bat has been used with a leather ball — Kashmir willow bats used with a leather ball have no warranty. Breakage of the toe or the edge of the bat is not covered.
Coconut and Rawlakot bats: 30 days
Coconut bats and Rawlakot bats carry a 30-day warranty. If the bat breaks within 30 days, we will give you a full refund.
All other gear: 3 months
All other cricket gear — including helmets, kit bags, gloves, pads and other equipment — carries a 3-month warranty. If an item breaks or tears within 3 months, contact us with photographs of the item. After reviewing the photographs, the use and the condition of the item, we will decide the remedy: either a 50% refund or a full refund, depending on the case.

Cricket bat care
Cricket bats are made from natural willow and require correct preparation and care, including oiling and knocking-in before match use, as described by the manufacturer. If you are unsure how to prepare your bat, contact us — we are happy to advise, and preparation services are available.

Any manufacturer warranty is additional to the rights you have by law against us as the seller. Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including for defective, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied goods. Coconut bat aur Rawlakot bat ki 30 din ki warranty hai. Agar 30 din ke andar bat toot jaye to aap ko poora (full) refund milega.
Baqi tamam gear: 3 mahine
Baqi tamam cricket gear — helmet, kit bag, gloves, pads aur doosri cheezon — par 3 mahine ki warranty hai. Agar 3 mahine ke andar koi cheez toot jaye ya phat jaye to hamein us ki photos bhejein. Photos, istemal aur cheez ki haalat dekh kar hum tay karenge ke aap ko 50% refund milega ya poora refund — jo case ke mutabiq hoga.
